Plaszom is ISO 9001 certified since 1999 and all the productive processes get better and better every year to take total care of the costumers specifications in the flexible packing segment.
For the implantation of a quality system in an organization, it is necessary to establish registered procedures, as ISO 9001 requires. For this, and trying to be always in accordance with the legislations and norms, Plaszom has a necessary methodology to guarantee the quality of its packings.
The Quality Control is carried through by a team of supporters, technical assistants and operators. All are trained and they act in all the processes, inspecting and registering the results.
In parallel to this control, the company applies the GMP - Good Manufacture Practical - witch is a set of norms and rules that defines certain procedures to be adopted, so we can reach the “Total Quality”. These practical are adopted since the act of receiving the Raw material until the expedition of the finished product, including the administrative area. It guarantees adequate hygienic-sanitary conditions and the quality of the product.
Moreover, there are already in operation some new printers without gears (gearless), that provide a greater quality to the printed products and speed production (Plaszom, according to some equipment manufacturers and input suppliers, is one of the two only companies of the country that work with speed impression in 450 m/min).
